Welcome to the Ashwood Junior Football Club, a thriving and spirited community dedicated to providing youngsters in the Ashwood/Mt Waverley area with an incredible opportunity to experience the joy of football. Our journey began in 2012, when we resurrected the club after a 20-year hiatus, starting with our vibrant Under 9's team (Tackers) that emerged from the successful launch of Auskick at Essex Heights Reserve.

 

We are proud members of the South Metro Junior Football League, where our young athletes showcase their skills and sportsmanship on the field. Our home games take place on Sunday mornings at the picturesque Essex Heights Reserve in Mt Waverley.

Our dedicated parents, form the backbone of our club. We firmly believe that 'many hands make light work,' and we encourage parents, family members, and friends to actively participate in creating a fun and safe environment for our young players.

 

We share a deep connection with the Ashwood Senior Football Club, which provides a seamless progression from our junior ranks to the senior level, as we nurture the talents of our young stars, setting them on a path to continue their football journey with pride.
